5. Delivery: timelines are estimates; risk passes as per our shipping policy.
6. Returns & cancellation: governed by our Return / Refund and Cancellation policies linked in the footer.
7. Intellectual property: content on the Platform is owned by us or licensors.
8. Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; statutory rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction: laws of India; courts at [your city] shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer forums.
