2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by pincode, weather, or force majeure.

3. Title and risk: passes as per commercial terms communicated at checkout and invoice.

4. If a shipment is undeliverable, we will attempt redelivery or cancel with refund as per policy.

5. For bulk or remote locations, additional charges or timelines may apply — we will inform you before confirming the order where possible.
