Return & refund policy (India)
1. You may request return or replacement for defective or wrong items within the timelines and conditions communicated at dispatch or on this page.
2. Items must be unused, with tags and packaging where applicable, unless the defect prevents that.
3. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method or as store credit where we notify you.
4. Certain categories (e.g. perishables, personal care) may be non-returnable as required by law or hygiene — we will mark such items clearly where applicable.
5. For disputes, contact our Grievance Officer.
